Good company and will make alot of money averaging $900 every week after taxes

Only one person on day dispatched care about drivers while the others blame drivers for they mistakes and try to force drivers on run that may not be safe or time costly to dot regulations. Night Dispatch is great but they never know what's going on because of poor communication from some people on day shift.
Horrible and unorganized company and pay very little. Honda plant shut down for a week on the 4th without newer driver knowledge and ard refuse to pay drivers. Miles are not consistent and truck have no gps. Company do not pay layover pay and do not have pre pass for weight station. Top out pay for this company is only 40 cents a mile compared to other companies that top out at 50 or better. Ard love to take money from drivers and they do not believe in a safe haven . They rather you park on the side of the interstate and not go over dot time,than to drive 5 miles to a truck stop. They do not offer 401k plans.
